Autism Classroom Complete Visuals Package -Train Theme PLUS FREE “Stand Up and Learn” Back-To-School Activity!

With a train theme classroom that your students will love, this classroom visual package comes complete with check-in icons, “parking lots” or check-in boards, rules for many Centers, reward boards with ten-frame ticket placement, “Looking Out The Train Window” writing prompt both with and without visual support, and Kindergarten Common Core “I Can” statements divided into smaller learning segments for our students with Autism.  Children that are still following standards will be able to access the Common Core Standards at a slower pace.  Display these “I Can” statements in your classroom for your students to see and have pride in what they are learning and have accomplished. 

Each visual icon sheet comes with a large visual and words and also the word/s and a picture of a train.  It should be the goal for each child to be able to read or recognize the word by the end of the school year so that they have a line of trains on their schedule!  Mounted on train track strips, the train will be full steam ahead by years’ end!

Given a visual icon schedule containing only pictures illustrating locations (centers, Special class, lunch, etc.), STUDENT will place the icon on the correct parking lot or check-in area, in 4 out of 5 consecutive opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.

Given a visual icon schedule containing only words of areas in the classroom, or when ready to transition to an activity outside of the classroom (lunch, speech, Special class, recess), student will place the icon on the correct parking lot or check-in area in 4 out of 5 consecutive opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
