As educators we frequently find ourselves reminding our students to “not do” a certain negative behavior. However if we only point out the student’s negative behavior, we do not make it clear to the student what his or her positive behavior choice should be.

These visual strategies are designed for students in a classroom as visual supports to additionally help them to understand what misbehavior they are demonstrating as well as seeing the positive behavior expectation that they are encourage to do instead.

Many students, (particularly those with special education needs) respond well to visual display strategies to reinforce the educators verbal directives. Many students with Autism SD may benefit from these types of visual representations strategies. Each sign has the printed words with the matching illustrations for the topic.

This colorful high-quality set contains 20 PAGE-SIZE DOUBLE ILLUSTRATED VISUAL SIGNS!

There are two signs on each display page: The top identifies the misbehavior with an illustrated student in the universally recognized “NOT” symbol of a red circle with a line through it. The bottom half of the display page shows the same student in a star being a STAR STUDENT and doing the proper behavior expectation.

These are designed so that as an option they can be folded in half and the different sides can be flipped to be shown in sequence one at a time.

Covering popular topics for use in general education, special education, pre-K, K, for students with Autism SD and many other elementary classroom settings!
