A MATCHING IDENTICAL PICTURES Historical Figures Task Cards “Task Box Filler” set for Special Education, Resource Rooms, inclusion, and intervention. SUGGESTED IEP GOALS For Special Education Students:

1. Given a picture of a person who has had a historically significant impact on United States history, STUDENT will identify the person by matching the identical picture, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.


2. Given a picture of an American hero, landmark, or symbol, STUDENT will match the identical picture with 80% accuracy. In 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.


3. Given a choice of two pictures of people who have had a historically significant impact on United States history, STUDENT will identify the person by name, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.


4. Given a picture of a person who has had an impact on U.S. history, STUDENT will point to/pick up the correct picture when asked a "wh" question, such as (ex. “Who is George Washington?” or “Which picture is George Washington?”), with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.


5. Given one historical event or the name of one person who has had an impact on U.S. history, STUDENT will identify the event or person, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
