A file folder designed for the maintenance, independent practice, and acquisition of the skill of counting and comparing two sets of objects varying from 0-10. Use repeatedly as an independent work task, small group activity, or instructional aide.

Preparation Instructions:
1. Print
2. Glue the first two pages to the interior of a manila file folder.
3. Cut out the numerals and symbols from the third page.
4. Laminate all.
5. Place strips of scratchy Velcro in the blank space under each quantity, and in the box between the two sets.
6. Place soft Velcro to the back of each numeral and symbol from the third page.
Given two sets of pictures to compare, each with sums up to or less than 10, STUDENT will determine which one is greater than, less than, or equal to, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
