Your Teeth and How to Care for Them is a combination book, comprehension work sheet and activity pages. As a former dental assistant of 14 years, I enjoyed working on this project!

The book shares the basics about the primary and permanent sets of teeth and how decay begins as well as what decay can do to the teeth. Also in the book is how to care for the teeth and the importance for overall health. The book consists of a front and back cover with 16 filler pages (3 are intro and ending page)

Also included is a 15 question reading comprehension worksheet set that also includes a tooth for labeling 3 main parts of the tooth.

I have included other activities to accommodate varies learning styles that include a tooth dot-to-dot, tooth cutting for scissor skills, trace a tooth, and a paragraph tooth for student to write about a dental visit.

This group of products works well for dental health month, learning about the body, learning center, independent work and speech therapy.

Given an instructional story on oral hygiene, STUDENT will demonstrate understanding of the story by completing worksheets and activities, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
