This 10 page social story is perfect for the younger students with autism who may have difficulty getting along with peers. This social story deals with how other children feel when they are called "bad words" (teased, bullied, yelled at), and what the student displaying the "unexpected" behavior can say instead.

SUGGESTED IEP GOAL: Given a social story containing "expected" and "unexpected" behaviors in getting along with peers, STUDENT will read/be read to the social story and appropriately respond to questions asked by the teacher, until documented behavior subsides, in 4 out of 5 consecutive opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
