A set of 8 simple scenarios for children with social difficulties to learn perspective taking. A simple face with a smile or frown and directional eyes allow for a discussion of what the person is looking at, what the person is thinking about, and if the common item is something that the person likes or not.

I developed this tool to supplement some social thinking skills I have been working on with children with autism. I especially like it for children that think because they like pizza or ice cream or trains that everybody else does too. This is for beginning level social thinking to supplement the eye power workbooks but can be used independently to teach perspective taking, understanding eye contact, and/or reading the emotions of others.
Given a set of 8 simple social scenarios to determine positive or negative emotions responses, STUDENT will determine the emotion (like/dislike) with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 consecutive opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
This item is recommended for the following grade levels:

PreK, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, 6th Grade
