(2.) Given a short, non-fiction reading passage of up to four sentences containing new or recently taught vocabulary related to a topic or theme, STUDENT will ask an adult or peer to define or describe the word meaning, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
