1. Given an instructional level reading passage (grades 1st-3rd) and a set of visual directions to follow, STUDENT will independently follow the visual directions in order to respond to questions related to the passage, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.

2. Given an instructional level reading passage (grades 1st-3rd) and a set of visual directions (color object/circle word/yes or no/bubble in), STUDENT will independently complete up to 5 assigned worksheets (one booklet), with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.

3. Given an instructional level reading passage (grades 1st-3rd) and 4 questions to answer, STUDENT will read each answer choice and refer back to the passage when necessary, in order to mark the correct response, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.

4. Given an instructional level reading passage (grades 1st-3rd) and 4 questions to answer, STUDENT will read each answer choice and refer back to the passage when necessary, in order to mark the correct response, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
