To say this activity excites me would be an understatement. In an effort to get one of my hesitant non-readers into reading mode, I created these positively effective reading cards. My student (as seen in the preview) became a very proud reader in just one day! This activity works best for our kiddos who know their letter sounds, but just can't seem to pull it together, to blend the sounds into words. Well, here's the activity that will help your kids read, too! SIMPLE to implement in your classroom TODAY! Just print and laminate for durability from those little reading fingers sliding down the slide! Attach with a 1/2" binder ring if desired (there are even circle guides to show you where to place the single-punch hole). There are 100 reading cards with small symbol support. You may cover the picture with your finger if you wish. My students never even referred to it. They were just too excited to be reading!
