Does your student have an IEP goal for matching numbers up to 50? It’s important for our students to have access to Social Studies activities that encourage knowledge of current events, or a Presidential election. This matching numbers (Electoral votes) Election 2024 “Task Box Filler” set includes 50 matching numbers cards to match the electoral votes from each state.
This Task Box Filler has been created especially for children with autism and the Special Education classroom. It is also appropriate for students participating in the General Education classroom to use at a classroom center, or to complete at their desk. Our General Education students will enjoy participating with this 2024 Election activity, too!

WILL THIS TAKE A LOT OF PREP TIME?
Oh, no! Just print the pages, laminate, and trim. Just use a thin dry erase marker to write the number, or use the number cards included with this activity. You can add a circle Velcro dot to the center of each blank square.
HOW WILL THIS HELP MY STUDENTS UNDERSTAND THE ELECTION?
This Social Studies skills task box activity displays the number of electoral votes assigned to each state for the 2024 Presidential election. This can generate a conversation about what electoral votes are and the role they place in selecting the next President of the United States.
