This resource contains 10 pages which will help encourage sounds and spelling through the use of cutting and pasting letters. Being a cut and paste book children can do this activity even if their writing skills are not as defined as they need to be for handwriting. Each page contains five words to be spelt using the letters from the base of the page.

The pages contain either three or four letter words and a small picture which suits the word to be spelt. The picture is black and white so that it too can then be coloured in which will promote the fine motor development needed for later on writing without the added pressure for a child who is not yet ready for that skill.

This has been used with children with mainstream children and those wtih:
Autism, Down Syndrome, CAPD, ADHA, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia to name a few.

Given a picture visual guide with words that can form the sentence pictured, STUDENT will cut and glue the correct words to form a sentence, in 4 out of 5 consecutive opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
