FREE Visual Writing and Language Prompts for Teens and Young Adults with Support Symbols

IEP GOAL ALIGNMENT:

Given a familiar picture scenario and visual support symbols (who, what, where, when, why, and how), STUDENT will provide verbal or written responses to each question, in 4 out of 5 consecutive opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.

Given a picture of a scenario or scene familiar to teenagers, with visual supports to encourage writing content, STUDENT will write a paragraph to describe events in the picture using the "wh" prompt cues provided, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 consecutive opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
