Autism and Special Education Reading Strategies Identifying “WHO” with Data/IEP Goals/Vocabulary Cards
Bright and colorful, using only real-life images of common people and community helpers, this 40 card interactive activity book will teach your students about “WHO”. There are three levels of responses to allow for differentiation in the classroom (picture match, picture /word, word). Some students may begin with just a picture match to help with language development skills, whole others may be ready to for Level 3, the reading word cards. All of the visual support that they need is included! Also included are 40 Picture Vocabulary Cards with up to eight “wh” question prompts for the teacher or classroom assistant to ask AND a Data Collection sheet to record progress in the areas of picture matching, reading words, identifying people, encouraging language by using visuals, and sight word repetition in sentences! Suggested IEP Goal alignment is included, too!
