Special Education Distance Learning | Social Distancing NO PRINT Digital Activity

This FREE NO PRINT digital interactive activity focuses on “social distancing” in a way that children can understand. It is a difficult concept for kids and the emotions and feelings they are now forced to deal with. This digital interactive learning activity works on your computer (desktop or laptop), iPad or tablet, and even a smartphone. It can be used in the classroom or at home for distance learning. PLEASE provide a background on what social distancing means personally to the child. If at all possible, please sit with the child as he or she completes this activity to answer any questions they may have.

· YES! As well as using as an independent work task, this activity can be expanded upon to reinforce independent work skills related to a current event or social skills task. It is suggested that the student completes the activity on a computer or tablet where he or she can engage with the teacher, family member, or guardian.
