Hang Up On Bullies! So many of our students use their cell phones as a major form of communication these days. Many times, it's way too easy for a child to send mean or threatening messages, spread rumors, or share confidential information. Once that "send" button is hit, it's all over.
This "Hang Up On Bullies!" file folder game is geared for all student populations from grades 2 - 6. I hope that is has an impact on our kids and helps them understand what "okay" and "not okay" social behaviors are. This activity is simple to assemble. Just print, glue the pages and laminate for durability.
For our Special Education students, here is the suggested IEP Goal alignment:
Given social scenarios of "expected" and "unexpected" text messages along with visual cues, STUDENT will choose the correct response and say if it is expected or unexpected, in 4 out of 5 consecutive opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
