For Fine Motor and Independent Functioning Skills:

(1.) Given a visual model to copy using moldable clay, dough, or putty (Playdoh), STUDENT will form the shape or object using the same colors/STUDENT’S choice of colors, in order to form the same image, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.


(2.) Given verbal/visual prompts as needed and a visual model to copy, using moldable clay, dough, or putty (Playdoh), STUDENT will form the shape or object by using the given outline, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.


(3.) Given a highly preferred fine motor skills task to complete independently during a Center or Independent Work station, STUDENT will remain on task through completion, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.


(4.) Given a visual model to copy using moldable clay or putty (Playdoh), STUDENT will independently or with support, form the shape or object using a variety of hand and finger movements (rolling, pressing, pinching, squeezing) to increase hand and finger strength, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
