Five Senses for Visual Learners (Autism/Special Education):

This newly released activity includes a variety of worksheets, task cards, and strategies to help visual learners understand the five senses (smell, sight, hearing, taste, touch). I had read books to my students and followed each lesson plan, but my students needed more to help them understand the "five senses" concept. I used this activity for my yearly evaluation and both the kids and administration loved it! Easy to use, I gathered materials (ex. lemon, apple slice, nail file, cotton ball, flower, bar of soap, bike horn, door slam, etc.) for my students to use "hands-on" and recorded what they experienced in their "My Five Senses" booklet.
I hope that your students enjoy this activity, too!

INCLUDED WITH THIS ACTIVITY:
* (5) Five Senses Posters
* (5) Five Senses Story Cards for read aloud with students
* Five Senses Response Cards
* (30) Five Senses Task Cards
* (6) Five Senses Worksheets with Data Collection
* (1) Five Senses Printable Booklet
* (1) Sheet of Printable "Five Senses Circles" and sample page usage
