If you are potty training students in your classroom, this resource is for you. Toilet training can be an overwhelming task and these resources are here to help make it easier! Collecting data during the process can help measure success, and let you know when to change your strategies.

Included are:

1 - A one page "how-to" with research based guidelines on toilet training. These can be applied to typically developing students or students with disabilities.

2- Data Sheet 1: Designed for using one data sheet per day per learner. Each row is formatted for one bathroom visit and/ or accident with a space for time, what happened (student was dry, student had a successful void or a successful BM, or an accident of either type). There is also a column for additional notes.

3- Data Sheet 2: Designed to use over several days or weeks. Each row is formatted for a single date with space to tally the frequency of successes and accidents by type. There is also a column for additional notes.
